Air Overview
Epsilon’s air quality professionals include chemical and environmental engineers, air quality meteorologists and environmental scientists, who provide a wide array of air quality services for our power, industrial and institutional clientele. We provide environmental analysis, air dispersion modeling, licensing and permitting and compliance services. We conduct air quality control assessments and PSD and NSR non-attainment permit applications for numerous utility and industrial facilities in Massachusetts and throughout the country. These include colleges and universities, coating and printing, and the pulp and paper industry. Epsilon’s four Certified Consulting Meteorologists are experts in complex air dispersion modeling using CALPUFF, AERMOD, accidental release modeling, indirect source, and other non typical release scenarios. Our Professional Engineers perform complex air pollution control assessments for our oil, natural gas, and coal-fired energy projects. We provide continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) support in the form of CEMS audits, developing QA/QC plans, EDR & EEMPR filings, and ongoing data evaluations. We conduct ambient and meteorological monitoring in support of remediation projects and ambient air quality monitoring plans. Epsilon also provides due diligence and auditing capabilities in support of acquisitions and compliance audits.
