Epsilon’s coastal resources and waterways experts provide clients with a broad range of experience in downtown waterfront projects, utility projects, dredging and dredged material disposal analyses, shoreline change and coastal hazard assessments, coastal wetlands delineations, beach nourishment and erosion control efforts, and complex environmental regulatory analysis. Epsilon’s coastal experience includes permitting and analyses for large commercial and government projects as well as a strong background in a wide variety of private sector and real estate endeavors. We have extensive experience in the regulatory realm involving Chapter 91 jurisdictional analyses and licensing, Water Quality Certifications, Coastal Zone Management consistency certifications, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting, Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act review, and Wetlands Protection Act analysis.
