Epsilon’s coastal resources and waterways experts provide clients with a broad range of experience in subsea cables and pipelines, marine terminals, dredging and dredged material disposal analyses, shoreline change and coastal hazard assessments, coastal wetlands delineations, downtown waterfront projects, utility projects, beach nourishment and erosion control efforts, and complex environmental regulatory analysis. Epsilon’s coastal experience includes permitting and analyses for large commercial and government projects as well as a strong background in a wide variety of private sector and real estate endeavors. We have extensive experience in the regulatory realm involving Chapter 91 jurisdictional analyses and licensing, Water Quality Certifications, Coastal Zone Management consistency certifications, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting, National Environmental Policy Act documentation, Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act review, and Wetlands Protection Act analysis.
