March 26, 2018
Epsilon is pleased to share that Principal Steve Slocomb is now a registered Professional Engineer in both Florida and Illinois in addition to his Massachusetts license. Earning two additional registrations means that we will be able to further help our clients in these states. With more than 25 years of experience in engineering and environmental consulting Steve has helped a range of clients including utilities, power developers, institutions, and public agencies. Working with power developers, Steve provides siting, licensing and permitting support for large power plant and combined heat and power projects.
In the air quality engineering field, he prepares and negotiates operating and pre-construction air permit applications, including air emission inventories, RACT/BACT/LAER analyses, and investigations of new air pollution control technologies. He regularly sets up environmental compliance and recordkeeping systems, prepares reporting documents for agency submittals, prepares SPCC plans and SWPPPs, performs multimedia audits, and SARA and TURA reporting.
