Epsilon Associates, Inc. (Epsilon) Principal and Historic Preservation Group leader Doug Kelleher notes that during the January 2024 Massachusetts Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit round, Epsilon submitted 77 applications for projects across the Commonwealth. From historic hotels in downtown Boston, to seasonal properties on Nantucket, historic mill complexes in Gateway Cities, and affordable housing developments in the Berkshires, the projects collectively represent over $1 Billion in investments in historic properties.
Epsilon is honored to be playing a role in advancing these important projects across Massachusetts, many of which are transforming downtowns, creating affordable housing, and generating hundreds of new jobs.
