Epsilon is excited to announce the addition of Linda Santoro as the newest member of our Historic Preservation Group!
Linda joins Epsilon as a Preservation Planner, bringing extensive experience with historic tax credits and regulatory review gained through nearly a decade of work at the Massachusetts Historical Commission. Her background in navigating preservation policy, compliance and design review processes will further enhance our team’s ability to guide clients through complex historic reviews.
With a Master’s degree in Historical Archaeology, Linda offers deep expertise in cultural resource management, including Section 106, Section 110, NEPA, and the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards. She is skilled in technical report writing, researching historic properties and archaeological sites, and assessing eligibility and project impacts. Known for her strong organizational skills, clear communication, and collaborative approach, Linda has quickly proven herself to be a valuable addition to Epsilon’s growing Historic Preservation practice.
