The INCE Fellowship is reserved for individuals who have “rendered notable service to INCE-USA, made notable or distinguished contributions to the advancement of noise control engineering, and/or notably promoted knowledge of noise control engineering.” Fewer than 90 individuals in the organization have received this distinction in the organization’s history, making this recognition especially meaningful.

Rob’s nomination was submitted by professional colleagues within INCE and underwent a rigorous review and approval process by both the INCE Membership Committee and the INCE Board of Directors.

Earlier this month, Epsilon gathered to celebrate as Rob was presented with his official INCE Fellow certificate – a moment shared among many colleagues who have worked alongside him over the years and his family. The recognition not only reflects his decades of technical excellence and leadership in acoustics but also his mentorship, professionalism, and lasting influence on both Epsilon and the broader noise control community.
