Epsilon is pleased to welcome Jimmy Turowsky and Logan Katsoufis to the firm. Joining our Energy Services and Acoustics & Noise groups, respectively, they bring valuable technical expertise and diverse experience that will support projects across a variety of markets and services.
Jimmy Turowsky, Project Scientist
Jimmy Turowsky joins Epsilon’s Energy Services Group with more than seven years of experience in natural resource science, environmental permitting, and regulatory compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Westfield State University and recently returned to Massachusetts after spending much of his career in Colorado supporting wetland, wildlife, and ecological resource projects. His background includes wetland delineations, ecological restoration, wildlife habitat evaluations, environmental compliance, and permitting under federal, state, and local regulations. Jimmy also brings experience in project management, GIS, soil characterization, stream and wetland functional assessments, and construction oversight. His technical knowledge and hands-on consulting experience make him a strong addition to the Epsilon team.
Logan Katsoufis, Project Scientist
Logan Katsoufis joins Epsilon’s Acoustics & Noise group with several years of experience supporting transportation, infrastructure, and construction-related noise studies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Acoustics from Columbia College Chicago and specializes in architectural acoustics, building noise control, and environmental sound impact assessment. His experience includes conducting field measurements, analyzing acoustic data, and developing noise mitigation solutions for a variety of project types. Logan’s technical expertise and analytical approach make him a valuable addition to Epsilon’s Acoustics & Noise group.
