The Massachusetts Wind Working Group meeting will feature brief updates from state officials on the MassCEC/MassDEP Research Study on Wind Turbine Acoustics, MassDEP’s Wind and Noise Technical Advisory Group, the Department of Public Utilities Siting Division’s research into best practices for siting wind turbines, and a panel discussion on shadow flicker.
