December 1, 2014
Concord Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire recently completed work on its new Central Utility Plant. This new plant is providing the hospital with a state-of-the-art steam boiler and chiller plant that is able to support the entire hospital campus and has the capability to support possible future expansions.
Epsilon was proud to provide air quality services as a sub-consultant to Fitzemeyer & Tocci for this project. Epsilon prepared the air permit application and obtained an air permit for the new 600 HP natural gas and Ultra Low Sulfur Distillate (ULSD) oil fired boilers.
