Rob O’Neal Co-Chairing INCE Technical Activity Committee
August 24, 2015
Principal Rob O’Neal, CCM, INCE Board Certified along with Kenneth Kaliski from RSG will be co-chairing the Institute of Noise Control Engineering’s (INCE’s) Wind Turbine Noise Technical Activity Committee. Focused on educating INCE members and the broader community on wind turbine noise, the committee will focus specifically on wind turbine noise generation, control, prediction, and policy and regulation.
The committee serves as a professional forum for the exchange of technical ideas and the dissemination of science-based information as well as promoting more unified practices when it comes to wind turbine noise measurements, modeling and other related topics.
Rob is looking forward to this opportunity to share his knowledge and experience with wind turbine noise and learn from others in the field. Rob has performed noise measurement and modeling assessments, as well as provided expert testimony, for wind energy facilities across the country.
