Epsilon Assists with Recent BRA-Approved Projects
November 24, 2015
In early November, the Boston Redevelopment Authority approved projects totaling nearly totaling $375 million. Epsilon provided permitting support for two major projects— John Hancock’s new tower and J.C. Cannistraro’s redevelopment of 25 Fid Kennedy Avenue.
John Hancock plans to construct a new 26-story tower to replace a nine-story building at 380 Stuart Street. J.C. Cannistraro, a company currently based in Watertown, is looking to rehabilitate a worn industrial building in the Boston Marine Industrial Park. Epsilon is proud to be part of the teams moving these projects forward.
