December 2, 2015
Please join us in welcoming William Young, Senior Preservation Planner in the Historic Preservation Group. As the former Director of Design Review with the Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC), William is well-respected among the Boston preservation and development communities.
William brings a wealth of experience to Epsilon. With more than 25 years in the preservation field, he is a great addition to our team of seasoned preservation professionals. While at the BLC, William oversaw the administration of the City’s ten design-review districts. He also guided the development of the Back Bay commercial design guidelines and was the recipient of public-service awards from the Back Bay Association, the Newbury Street League and the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay.
“William makes a great addition to our group’s unique understanding of preservation standards, regulatory requirements and agency expectations; we’re thrilled to have William join the Epsilon team,” said Doug Kelleher, Principal & Manager, Historic Preservation Group.
A Maine native, William holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Boston College and is an alumnus of the Boston University Preservation Studies Program.
