Alyssa Jacobs, PWS
Alyssa is a wetland specialist and serves as manager of the ecological sciences group. She has more than 17 years of experience in wetland ecology, vegetation monitoring, wetland restoration, environmental regulatory analysis and variances. She acts as primary client contact and regulatory liaison for large-scale projects including airport and roadway infrastructure projects, and major real estate developments.

Holly Carlson Johnston
Holly is a multidisciplinary scientist and lead project manager for a wide range of projects from offshore wind transmission and other linear infrastructure to real estate development. She is an expert in MEPA and coastal regulations and technical studies. She navigates complex regulatory scenarios for our clients, yielding a full array of permits.

Brian Lever
Brian is an accomplished preservation planner with more than 19 years of experience in architectural history and preservation planning. Brian assists clients in meeting regulatory requirements through consultation with state and federal agencies and the preparation of historic preservation compliance documentation. He has extensive experience in implementing environmental laws and regulations affecting historic resources including permitting and historic tax credits.
