Jacob Molea has joined Epsilon’s Acoustics Group as a Staff Engineer. Jacob is a recent graduate of the University of Hartford, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Acoustical Engineering and Music. His academic journey has equipped him with a strong foundation in advanced acoustical topics, engineering design, vibration, and physics. Jacob’s unique combination of engineering expertise and musical understanding will be an asset to our Acoustics Group, where he will contribute to a variety of projects that require precise sound analysis and innovative acoustical solutions. We are confident that Jacob’s fresh perspective and technical skills will make a significant impact on our team.
Sharmin Akter has joined Epsilon’s Air Quality Group as a Staff Engineer. Sharmin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her extensive academic and research background. For over five years, she served as a Graduate Research Assistant in Computational Atmospheric Chemistry and Exposure at the University of Connecticut (UCONN). Currently, Sharmin is pursuing her Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering at UCONN, further enhancing her expertise in the field. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology. Her academic work has focused on critical areas such as Hydrometeorology, Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics, and Air Pollution and Agriculture. Sharmin’s deep understanding of air quality issues and her commitment to environmental research will be invaluable to our Air Quality Group, where she will help drive forward our mission to provide high-quality, data-driven solutions for our clients.
