Marketing Coordinator


Epsilon Associates, Inc., a leading environmental consulting and permitting firm based in Maynard Massachusetts seeks to hire a full time Marketing Coordinator to help us further develop traditional and modern marketing approaches, strategies, plans, and tools. In addition to being tasked with creating marketing materials, supporting proposal preparation, coordinating conference attendance by Epsilon employees, and providing general administrative marketing and business development support, you will further advance your experience and career by continuously learning from an experienced A/E/C marketing expert and very supportive and collaborative senior technical professional staff. Epsilon’s client base includes major energy, commercial real estate, aviation, institutional and residential developers, as well as local and state public agencies.

For this role, the candidate must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, environmental science, journalism, or a related field. Prior work experience in marketing, administration, or sales is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Market Development & Communication Director and internal teams on marketing strategy.
  • Learning and working with various digital marketing programs and tools.
  • Creating marketing materials such as project descriptions, case studies, and presentations.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
  • Coordinating conference attendance and sponsorships/advertisements.
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.
  • Understanding company product and brand.
  • Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
  • Updating social media accounts.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, environmental science, journalism, English, or related field.
  • Sales and marketing assistant/coordinator experience preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, and independently.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus, but not required, including InDesign, website content management systems, email marketing systems, and customer relationship management systems.

In addition to the above, the candidate must have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle for business travel, including proper insurance and registration and have all necessary paperwork to work in the USA.
