We are pleased to announce the promotions of Erik Rexford, Tricia Foster and Jennifer Alker. In recognition of their hard work and dedication to Epsilon, we have promoted Tricia and Erik to Senior Consultant and Jennifer has been promoted to Senior Finance Administrator.
Please join us in congratulating them on their well-deserved promotions and read further to see why they love working at Epsilon.
Erik has become the go-to person when it comes to the MassDEP’s Chapter 91 Waterways Regulation Program. He has successfully obtained approvals for large- and small-scale projects in both coastal and inland waterways, including water-dependent and nonwater-dependent projects in both private and Commonwealth tidelands. He confidently directs projects through MEPA, other coastal permits and planning on the waterfront and marine environments.
“It’s a pleasure to work with my Epsilon colleagues in support of a range of infrastructure and real estate development projects. Environmental permitting, especially at the water’s edge, can be a complex and challenging process. Contributing sustainable solutions to these challenges and successfully advancing our clients’ objectives, however, is an especially rewarding experience.” – Erik Rexford
Tricia primarily focuses on larger, high-profile utility projects. She utilizes her organizational skills and extensive experience to manage local, state and federal permitting and provides compliance support to ensure a project is completed efficiently and successfully.
“I like being able to work as part of a team supporting challenging projects and at Epsilon I get that opportunity! While working on utility projects can be challenging, working with the project team and agencies to obtain permits and approvals and see a project through construction is a great reward.” – Tricia Foster
Since joining Epsilon in 2018, Jennifer has taken on responsibilities and utilized both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting. She provides a range of expertise at Epsilon including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, contracts, time/billing, coordination with agencies and other clients, year end audits, and everything else that comes with the job. She has been a huge asset to the firm!
“I really enjoy working at Epsilon and working on such a diverse range of projects. No two projects are the same, which keeps things interesting and keeps me learning!” – Jennifer Alker
