In compliance with Transparency in Coverage (TiC) rules, we must provide you with access to health plan cost data in a Machine-Readable File format beginning July 1^st, 2022.

This rule set forth methods that enable consumers to be able to know and understand their health plan and the costs, and out of pocket costs, before receiving services.

This rule was set forth by the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. This was set forth by an executive order intended to improve the quality, choice, and competition in the health care market.

This information will be updated monthly by our insurance carrier.
