Careers

Epsilon Associates and its staff are recognized as one of leading planning and permitting firms in the northeastern United States. We have worked and continue to work on many of the most notable development projects in the region and nation. We’re market leaders in Offshore Wind, Ecological Science, Coastal Resiliency, Urban Development, Acoustics, Air Quality, Environmental Justice, and Historic Preservation planning and permitting. We have completed over 3,000 projects across the United States, Canada, and overseas.

Epsilon’s senior-level staff are thought leaders in their fields and wired into our clients' and our market needs. Our scientist, planners and engineers are representative of the brightest minds in our fields. Newer staff in the firm learn more quickly because they’re engaged more deeply with those clients and our technical work. They’re not role-players. They’re difference-makers.

We believe that every human being should be treated fairly in the workplace regardless of their race, sex, gender identification, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, marital status, national origin, native language, and/or citizenship. We understand that achieving greater diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) supports our company vision to be a premier leader in the field of environmental consulting. To achieve our vision, we must ensure that our workplace is welcoming and empowering to all. We recognize the historical and still-present institutionalized inequalities in areas such as education, access, hiring practices, compensation, and advancement, to name a few. We are committed to rooting out such inequalities inside our own organization and in our industry.

Transparency in Coverage

In compliance with the Transparency in Coverage (TiC) rule, we provide you with access to health plan cost data in a Machine-Readable File format.

The TiC rule set forth methods that enable consumers to be able to know and understand their health plan and the costs, including out of pocket costs, before receiving services.

This rule was set forth by the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. This was set forth by an executive order intended to improve the quality, choice, and competition in the health care market.
